• Ingaggio di account prospect e user alla ricerca opportunità di business attraverso la definizione di un piano di ingaggio e sviluppo del cliente (Account Plan) • Costante aggiornamento di Account Plan e CRM; • Creazione e completamento di opportunità di business; • Creazione e gestione di pipeline e i dati di forecast; • Ingaggio delle funzioni preposte (Consultant, Delivery, BDM ect...) e coordinamento di team virtuali al fine di creare le specifiche Value Propostition (offerte, progetti ect..); • Ingaggio delle funzioni preposte al completamento di ordini e contratti (Legal, admin, ect...); • Supervisione e monitoraggio delle fasi di implementazione dei progetti; • Coinvolgimento dei solutions consultant nell'organizzazione di DEMO; • Condivisione con il team marketing delle informazioni raccolte sul campo utili ad analizzare la concorrenza.
• Capacità di redigere un business plan; • Conoscenza delle fasi di costruzione/gestione di un progetto; • Capacità di analisi e sintesi dei dati funzionali alla vendita (approccio data driven). • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese • Doti di negoziazione, orientamento al business e al cliente, collaborazione e capacità di adattamento
