📋 Description

• Process supplier invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely handling • Prepare and process certificates confirming the receipt of goods within the EU • Verify and optimize invoice and goods receipt certificate templates in ReadSoft Invoices • Support finance-related activities for the parent company and other KOSTAL Group entities • Monitor assigned tasks and communicate progress or potential issues to the team leader • Contribute ideas for improving processes, increasing efficiency, and optimizing costs • Collaborate with colleagues across departments and international KOSTAL locations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education (Bachelor’s, Specialist, or Master’s degree) • Good command of English (at least B2 level) is a MUST • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good organizational and time-management skills • A responsible and proactive approach to work • Willingness to learn new systems and processes • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work effectively in an international environment • No previous professional experience required; open to motivated candidates at the beginning of their careers
