⢠Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers. ⢠Guide customers through key activation milestones. ⢠Build on existing onboarding processes into a high-paced, automated engine. ⢠Partner closely with Customer Success teams. ⢠Maintain proactive communication with customers about tasks and timelines. ⢠Identify blockers and work cross-functionally to resolve issues. ⢠Contribute to documentation, templates, and playbooks. ⢠Capture customer insights during onboarding for product improvements. ⢠Support quality checks on plan setup, HRIS integrations, and payroll flows. ⢠Drive customer satisfaction scores during onboarding.
⢠1-3 years experience in onboarding, implementation or customer-facing operations in a SaaS company or startup. ⢠Structured problem solving and managing multiple onboarding projects. ⢠Clear, empathetic communication skills. ⢠Hands-on experience improving systems or workflows and using automation tools like Zapier, Intercom or Retool. ⢠Experience with health, life or pension products in Ireland or the UK is a strong advantage but not essential. ⢠Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments. ⢠Curiosity towards improving your craft. ⢠Willingness to complete regulatory exams such as QFA for regulated products.
