📋 Description

• Manage a technology domain such as billing, finance, or communications for client projects • Support European clients through technology transformation journeys and long-term migration projects • Manage client relationships with product owners and business owners • Serve as the first point of contact for technology development and escalation/resolution of domain or product issues • Act as the knowledge base for how Kraken works and how the Kraken Platform is delivered • Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally • Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to support ongoing Kraken platform development • Support the engineering team in delivering product features • Challenge clients to adopt Kraken’s continuous iteration and deployment approach • Partner with Kraken technology and operational teams and client stakeholders to deliver project or business results • Refine client-raised problems and requests into solutions leveraging existing and new capabilities • Bring technology, people, and processes together to improve client outcomes • Support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style • Work closely with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and link them with the client

🎯 Requirements

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience • Agile delivery experience • Experience in product management and customer journeys • Solid understanding of technology and associated trends • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking • Experience working with significant, complex client delivery pipelines • Patience and initiative while supporting clients through major transformations • Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude • Fluent English and Dutch required • Consulting experience is a plus • Previous billing experience is nice to have • Previous electricity/utilities market experience in the Netherlands or another European country is a strong nice to have • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and a changing environment • Willingness to work hands-on as an individual contributor and flex beyond a typical job role • Willingness to travel
