📋 Description

• Support analysis of market information, competition, and unit performance, contributing to the identification of opportunities and trends; • Structure analyses, KPIs and management tools to support strategic discussions and decision-making for partner areas; • Develop quantitative studies, projections, and feasibility analyses to support decisions related to network expansion, market potential, and franchise growth; • Act as a strategic partner to business areas by conducting structured analyses and proposing data-driven recommendations based on metrics and market context, as well as rethinking current strategies and assumptions; • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity; • Ensure the integrity, organization, and continuous updating of the databases used in analyses and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; • Advanced Excel skills for building analytical models, managing databases, and performing quantitative analyses; • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is desirable; • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is desirable; • Must reside in the city of São Paulo (SP); • Genuine interest in the education sector and alignment with Kumon's method and philosophy.
