• Activities will be carried out at KYB distributors, brand installers/service providers, auto-centers and resellers such as auto parts stores within the assigned area. • The professional will be responsible for visiting Tomodachi customers and performing parts inspections at distributors. • The role also includes analyzing and monitoring product return or warranty rates when requested. • The professional will receive planning support through a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, which will assist in creating and validating a monthly work plan aligned with company objectives for the region. • On the CRM platform, it will be necessary to register all technical visits performed during the day and to complete and submit visit forms. • In addition, the professional must develop and maintain close relationships with customers, providing valuable feedback to the company about product performance and customer needs. • The role is also responsible for monitoring campaigns launched at distributors and automotive centers, driving demand and effectively promoting the brand.
• Experience in customer negotiations, field sales/field work, or automotive dealerships/auto-centers. • Experience or basic knowledge of automotive parts/suspension systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical ability to interpret market information and customer data. • High school diploma. • Preferably technical courses, associate degrees, or university degrees in commercial or technical fields related to mechanics. • Basic English. • Residence in the North or Northeast Region (Ceará) or nearby areas. • Availability to travel.
