📋 Description

• Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks tailored to HR use cases • Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that connect HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow • Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across HR technologies • Monitor AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias. Support ongoing tuning and optimization • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to refine functional and technical requirements into build-ready specifications, use case definitions, and technical designs into working solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, preferably in HR or related domains (e.g HRIS, CRM, ERP, case management) • Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems (e.g HCM, CRM, FIN ERP, LMS, case management, etc.) • Strong software engineering skills with Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LLM platforms (IBM watsonx, OpenAI, etc.) • Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent memory, and MCP (model context protocol) • Familiarity with RPA, workflow automation, orchestration tools • Understanding of NLP pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs • Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and data engineering
