📋 Description

• Partner with the Senior Director of Labor Relations to develop and execute enterprise labor relations strategy. • Identify and recommend critical labor relations priorities and proactively address emerging risks. • Represent the company at the bargaining table, including serving as lead or co-lead negotiator. • Speak on behalf of the company during negotiations and labor-management meetings. • Serve as designated backup to the Senior Director of Labor Relations. • Independently lead labor initiatives and partner with external labor counsel. • Lead or co-lead labor campaigns and work with external consultants. • Oversee the grievance and arbitration process. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. • Analyze internal and external labor trends and provide actionable insights. • Design and implement scalable labor relations processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field • 5 years or more of progressive labor relations experience • Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations • Experience partnering with external labor counsel • Experience with labor campaigns or union organizing • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen • Executive Presence & Professional Judgment • Influence Without Authority • Decisive Problem Solving • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
