📋 Description

• Build strong and effective relationships with clients and team members • Work simultaneously with clients from diverse industries • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Ensure client satisfaction and strong collaboration • Manage annotation teams for smooth execution and timely project delivery • Monitor team discipline and corporate culture • Track key metrics for client requests and team performance • Identify areas for improvement and automatization • Mediate and resolve client and annotator concerns or issues • Train annotation teams and supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent Ukrainian and English skills, at least C1 in spoken and written communication for both • 1–2 years of experience in the tech service industry, ideally in customer success or account management • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Mature and responsible attitude • Innovation mindset and flexibility • Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in IT outsourcing companies is a plus • Experience with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects is a plus • Desire to advance in AI and annotation services is a plus
