📋 Description

• Ensure the efficient and secure operation of the company’s Linx systems, Linx ERP, and IT integrations. • Provide support, administration, and continuous improvement of corporate systems. • Ensure high availability and performance of IT services. • Manage and support systems and databases. • Manage and support ERP, POS, and other retail solutions. • Assist in planning and implementing new technology solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. • Perform system integrations and support IT process automation. • Collaborate with vendors and partners for technical support and implementation of improvements. • Document procedures, configurations, and IT best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. • Familiarity with databases (SQL Server) and monitoring tools. • Knowledge of Linx POS and Linx Manager front-of-store systems. • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. • This position is also open to candidates with disabilities.
