📋 Description
• El agrónomo de ventas es responsable del Sell-IN y Sell-Out relacionado al portafolio de productos de Winfield de Mexico. • Desarrollo del territorio y manejo de cuenta. • Responsable de crear el Perfil Territorial. • Definir y establecer objetivos anuales de ventas de semillas/SELLOS por punto de venta y distribuidor. • Gestionar el correcto posicionamiento de ventas del portafolio de productos entre distribuidores y productores en el campo. • Establecer y mantener una sólida relación de trabajo con la dirección y los principales responsables de la toma de decisiones.
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura en Agronomía o área relacionada o bien experiencia laboral equivalente. • 6 a 8 años de experiencia progresiva como agrónomo con gusto por las ventas o representante de ventas/generación de demanda • Experiencia demostrada resolviendo problemas de los productores y determinando la mejor opción para sus necesidades • Experiencia con productos de protección vegetal • Excelente comunicación (verbal y escrita), así como habilidades de servicio al cliente. • Debe estar dispuesto a residir dentro del territorio requerido
