📋 Description

• Edit and repurpose long-form creator content into short-form social assets for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram • Own and execute the monthly content calendar, scheduling and publishing content on time • Shoot original content at events, expos, trade shows, and creator meetups • Work from marketing leadership’s creative direction and volume targets • Capture raw material while maintaining focus on the final output • Travel internationally, sometimes on short notice, to cover events • Monitor trends and formats across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram • Build knowledge of FlipaClip’s channels, brand voice, and creator relationships • Independently produce usable content from live and field events • Proactively anticipate content needs and own day-to-day execution across all three channels

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience editing and producing short-form video content for social platforms • Highly organized and self-sufficient; able to own a content calendar without day-to-day management • Comfortable working behind the camera in live and field settings, including events, expos, and meetups • Able and willing to travel internationally, including on short notice • Valid passport with no visa restrictions blocking travel to major markets • C1/C2 English proficiency, written and spoken • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, distributed team • Illustration or animation skills highly preferred • Basic photography/videography experience highly preferred • Familiarity with animation, creator, or gaming communities highly preferred • Prior producer, coordinator, or generalist content experience highly preferred • Must not require significant creative direction or task management • Must not be limited to on-camera work without editing/production range
