• Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the Mid-market segment • Build relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing) • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (target ACV: $40K-$120K; 60-90 day sales cycle) • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic outreach and lead management • Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and create compelling business cases • Negotiate contracts and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success) to refine strategies • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to leadership
• At least 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the Mid-Market segment • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, closing deals with $40K-$120K ACV • Mastery of sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, and MEDDIC • Proficiency in cold calling, with the ability to conduct 16-20 cold discovery calls per month • Ideally, experience selling Martech solutions to e-commerce or DTC brands • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship
