📋 Description

• Deliver insights and reports that support product prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations • Partner with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders • Nurture a data-driven culture through interactive reports, self-serve datasets, documentation, and training • Perform marketplace modeling and analysis, including A/B tests and multivariate models • Use advanced SQL and intermediate Python or R for analytical work • Create and maintain trusted, current, and actionable dashboards and reporting systems • Build clean, documented datasets and models in the data warehouse using dbt • Resolve conflicting metrics and establish trusted definitions • Identify analyses that influence business decisions • Enable stakeholders to answer routine questions through self-serve reporting • Analyze interactions among supply, demand, pricing, and service quality • Use Lightdash as the primary BI layer for dashboards and self-serve reporting • Act as an autonomous individual contributor and trusted thought partner without managing a team

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL • Intermediate Python or R • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate modeling • Experience with retention or ETA analysis • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems • Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling • Ability to create clean, documented datasets in a data warehouse • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar • Ability to work autonomously as a trusted thought partner • Business-focused analytical approach connecting metrics to product, customers, and financials • English resume required • Willingness to work with US-facing partners and overlap hours • Ability to work independently without people-management responsibilities
