📋 Description

• Work as the engineering anchor of an initiative alongside a PM, designer, and engineering peers • Shape problems, decide technical approaches, direct AI agents, ship to production, and own outcomes • Define architecture, data model, integrations, rollout plan, observability, and rollback strategy • Document technical decisions, obtain architect review for significant architectural decisions, and revisit decisions based on data • Establish prompts, guardrails, evaluations, tests, and review loops for safe, correct, production-ready agent-authored code • Collaborate daily with the PM on scope and tradeoffs and with the designer on UX decisions and in-tool prototyping • Collaborate regularly with engineering peers and check in weekly with the Engineering Manager • Own initiative metrics and present post-launch results 2–4 weeks after launch • Ensure production correctness, security, performance, observability, and customer and pro experience • Ship 3–4 initiatives end-to-end in the first year and create reusable agent workflows, evals, runbooks, and post-launch reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Daily production experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent AI coding agents • Real opinions and experience with prompts, evaluations, agent loops, and review workflows • Experience operating at a lead level, making technical decisions, shipping difficult work, and owning outcomes • Outcome-driven approach focused on metrics and customer experience • Ability to partner effectively with product managers, designers, and engineering peers • Ability to make and document architecture, data-model, and rollout decisions • Ability to create reusable agent workflows, evaluations, runbooks, and post-launch reviews • Customer- and pro-minded approach • Deep skill in at least one of the listed technology stacks • Credible production experience with AI coding agents • Experience with AI agents and related tooling, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, internal agent stack, MCP servers, and evaluations tooling • Experience with PHP/Laravel, TypeScript/React/React Native, Redshift, dbt, Segment, Airflow, AWS, Datadog, Sentry, GitHub Actions, Brain, Confluence, or Jira is relevant to the technology stacks
