📋 Description

• Lead Hong Kong operations and execute a strategy to expand the company’s footprint in the stablecoin and RWA sectors • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure • Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional clients, financial service firms, and regulators • Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals driving technology adoption in Hong Kong • Represent the company in discussions with regulators, policymakers, and industry bodies • Partner with internal BD, product, and solutions teams to deliver client value and align with global priorities • Identify new opportunities across RWAs, stablecoins, and related sectors • Support marketing initiatives, participate in flagship conferences, and establish thought leadership through an active offline presence • Represent LayerZero’s vision to the local ecosystem and position it as a leading interoperability infrastructure provider in Hong Kong

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, with significant exposure to financial services, fintech, or digital assets • Strong understanding of stablecoins, RWAs, and the broader digital asset ecosystem • Proven ability to manage full-cycle business development, from origination to deal closure • Deep experience in managing institutional relationships, including regulators and financial service companies • Demonstrated ability to operate with high agency in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Strong sales acumen combined with operational rigor and strategic thinking • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear many hats and independently drive market development • Professional proficiency in English is required • A passion for building in the intersection of finance and technology
