📋 Description

• Prepare, update, and monitor legal and management reports. • Extract, consolidate, and process data from internal systems and control databases. • Periodically update information and key performance indicators. • Analyze and verify data to ensure the consistency and reliability of reported information. • Prepare and maintain tracking spreadsheets. • Monitor workloads, productivity, deadlines, and other operational indicators. • Identify and correct inconsistencies in databases. • Support the preparation of presentations and management materials. • Respond to report requests from internal departments and clients. • Monitor report delivery deadlines and schedules. • Organize and maintain databases used to track activities. • Liaise with the responsible teams to validate and update information. • Support the identification of opportunities for improvement and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law without an active bar license (required). • Experience preparing and updating reports, controls, and performance indicators. • Experience processing, consolidating, and analyzing databases. • Experience with Excel and spreadsheet management. • Previous experience in a legal environment, particularly high-volume litigation operations, is preferred. • Knowledge of operational indicators, workload volumes, productivity, and SLA monitoring. • Experience verifying and validating information. • Familiarity with legal systems and management tools is preferred. • Knowledge of data visualization tools and report automation is a plus. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, particularly formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, and data cleansing). • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. • Knowledge of Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools is preferred. • Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and information. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to identify inconsistencies and perform data checks. • Logical reasoning skills. • Critical thinking for information analysis. • Proactive attitude and sense of urgency. • Commitment to deadlines and quality deliverables. • Ability to work with large volumes of information. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with different departments. • Autonomy and accountability in managing requests. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously. • Continuous-improvement mindset focused on process optimization.
