📋 Description

• Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise e-commerce, retail, and fintech segments. • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure. • Leverage your existing professional network to build an immediate pipeline and accelerate deal velocity. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve (and exceed) quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Position our payments orchestration platform as a critical business enabler for complex, global payment challenges. • Become a subject matter expert who can articulate technical concepts to both technical teams and C-level stakeholders. • Create positive organizational pressure by bringing in diverse clients with varying needs and demands. • Help elevate the entire team's performance by setting the standard for what great execution looks like. • Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking in our CRM. • Meet quarterly bonus thresholds and capitalize on uncapped commission potential. • Take ownership of your results as your success is directly tied to your compensation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of successful B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience with a non-negotiable background in the payments industry (payment gateways, processors, acquiring, fraud prevention, or payment orchestration). • An existing, verifiable professional network with potential prospects and decision-makers in e-commerce, retail, or fintech sectors — this is critical. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas and closing complex, long-cycle enterprise deals. • Remote work proficiency: Demonstrated ability to thrive independently in a fully remote environment with exceptional time management and self-discipline • Entrepreneurial mindset: You're a self-starter who thrives on execution, adapts quickly, and doesn't need hand-holding. • Bilingual capability: Fluency in both Spanish and English enables you to work seamlessly with our international team and access key Spanish-speaking markets. • Technical acumen: Experience selling complex, API-driven software solutions. • Startup or scale-up experience: You've been part of building something from the ground up and understand the intensity and opportunity that comes with it.
