📋 Description

• You identify potential customers and establish new contacts. • You conduct initial conversations with prospects and understand their challenges and goals. • You qualify leads and prepare them for further consulting. • You develop creative approaches to acquire new clients for our services. • You support the development and optimization of our sales processes. • You maintain and manage our CRM data. • You work closely with management, development, and marketing. • You professionally represent our company across digital and in-person channels.

🎯 Requirements

• You enjoy communicating and can inspire people with ideas. • You work independently and think entrepreneurially. • You are open, eager to learn, and motivated to drive initiatives forward. • You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1). • Initial experience in sales, customer consulting, business development, or comparable areas is an advantage but not required. • More important to us than your resume are your motivation and willingness to take responsibility.
