📋 Description

• Help scale foundational parts of our platform • Define the vision and strategy for transactions and effects, equity types, trading • Define, plan, and execute a roadmap for cap table management • Collaborate with design, engineering, and SMEs to write clear specifications • Contribute to PM best practices and use AI tools for efficiency • Define and track success metrics for the team's initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with significant time spent in enterprise-facing roles • Understand financial systems and compliance frameworks • Have scaled complex products across jurisdictions in regulated or compliance heavy spaces (e.g. banking, payroll, etc) • Strong technical understanding and passion to solve deep problems • Experience owning third-party integrations (APIs, partner platforms, broker connectivity) • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal; fluent in English
