<Legacy Planning> is a concierge legacy- and estate-planning service that helps families, executors/trustees, and small business owners create and maintain a secure, organized “Digital Binder” containing wills, trusts, documents, account information, instructions, and a narrative about the client's affairs. The company builds and updates the digital record using secure online software, trains designated loved ones and executors on how to use the plan, and offers business succession guidance to ease transitions after death or incapacity. Legacy Planning focuses on reducing stress for survivors by centralizing documents, contact/notification information, financial and insurance details, and practical instructions for executors and caregivers.

📋 Description

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Educate clients on policy options and coverage solutions • Stay informed on industry trends and product offerings • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team • Assist in training and mentoring future agents as you grow into leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one — we provide guidance) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Comfortable leading and working with others • Interested in building and leading a team • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Basic computer skills for CRM and client management
