📋 Description

• Work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. • Act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs, including capital raising (Seed, Series A, Series B, and beyond), sale and purchase of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans and corporate governance, as well as all general commercial law matters. • Work predominantly on capital raising and M&A matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE with strong experience in general corporate and commercial law, as well as capital raising transactions, ideally acting for SMEs, founder-led businesses, and growth-stage companies. • Demonstrated experience advising private companies on capital raising transactions (both equity and convertible instruments). • Strong understanding of the legal and commercial challenges facing SMEs, including growth, governance, investor relations, and scaling operations. • Experience drafting and negotiating investment documents, governance documents and related corporate and commercial documentation. • Ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear, practical, and commercially accessible way to non-legal stakeholders. • Strong project management skills with the ability to run matters autonomously while balancing multiple client priorities in a fast paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a high-performing team.
