📋 Description
• Help clients with cruises, resorts, hotels, theme park vacations, family trips, group travel, and customized travel experiences • Assist with client questions and provide recommendations • Prepare reservation details and deliver professional support before, during, and after travel • Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and online tools • Gather trip details, research travel options, prepare quotes, help organize reservation information, and maintain client records • Follow up professionally
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable using computers • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, call center support, administration, event planning, or client service is helpful but not required • Must be 18 years or older • Legally authorized to work in the United States
