📋 Description

• Act as a cross-functional bridge between Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM • Validate feasibility, clarify requirements, and shape best solutions • Primary technical contact for prospective partners, articulating platform value • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand partner requirements • Contribute to technical proposals reflecting partner needs and product capabilities • Stay abreast of industry trends and provide technical insights for sales • Maintain strong relationships with partner CTOs and their teams • Provide expert guidance on API usage and troubleshooting • Drive seamless partner onboarding with comprehensive guidance • Coordinate rollout of new features with internal teams • Establish scalable ongoing technical support models

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering or similar roles in financial services • Solid technical understanding of securities services, market infrastructure, and regulations • Strong understanding of API design, system architecture, and software development methodologies • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions • Capacity to connect product, technology, and partners with an eye for detail • Fluent communicator in German and English across all seniority levels • Thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating naturally with different teams • High-quality prospect-facing materials production with attention to detail • Cold-start capable: quick in-context absorption and leadership in discussions • Ownership mentality: intrinsically motivated to deliver value and challenge the status quo
