âą Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple client accounts to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. âą Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, and copy) tailored to each platform, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. âą Monitor social media channels for trends, audience insights, and user engagement to continuously optimize content and strategy. âą Engage with other social media users, potential customers, and industry professionals on behalf of clients to build community and brand presence. âą Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights, tracking website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and other KPIs. âą Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget oversight, A/B testing, and performance tracking. âą Stay updated on emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain current and effective. âą Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital voice.
âą A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple accounts. âą Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. âą A strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation. âą Demonstrated experience with paid social advertising strategies and campaign management. âą Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube). âą Proficient in social media management tools (nice to have only but not required: Hootsuite). âą Stay updated on emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain current and effective. âą Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and compelling copy. âą Proven ability to translate complex B2B technology concepts into engaging social media narratives. âą Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective strategies. âą Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. âą Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
