📋 Description

• Develop consultative relationships with new and existing account base for all products. • Achieves assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. • Maintain detailed understanding of all products and their relevance and application in the Clinical Laboratory space. • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, customer service, accounting, logistics and technical support groups. • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. • Update and maintain current Customer Relations Management database. • Continue education on product advantages to ensure customer loyalty. • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards. • Develops him/herself to be the trusted advisor to our customers. • Maintains high customer satisfaction that meets company standards. • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned period. • Attend tradeshows in or out of assigned territory as requested.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, Chemistry, Business, or related field • 3 - 5 Years Direct Technical Sales experience in (Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory experience preferred) • CRM Experience preferred (Salesforce.com preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
