âą Lead sales training and development activities pertaining to sales enablement âą Support developing, updating, planning, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs âą Coordinate annual sales meetings and ongoing educational opportunities âą Create sales tools and consult with commercial team for improvement opportunities
đŻ Requirements
âą 3 years of sales training experience âą Korn Ferry/Miller Heiman Certification preferred âą BA/BS in Training, Instructional Design, E-Learning, or related field preferred âą 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint âą Experience with Learning Management Systems âą Knowledge of Life Science and/or Biotechnology industry desired âą Project management experience âą Understanding of adult learning theories
