📋 Description

• Manage projects from approval through implementation, tracking product and project scope, schedules, costs/investments, changes, risks, and lessons learned • Keep project documentation, schedules, websites, and approved-project records up to date using project management tools • Work with the relevant departments to ensure deliverables are completed in line with cost and schedule objectives through meetings, escalations, and presentations • Remove project impediments in collaboration with departments and decision-makers • Report and communicate project progress to stakeholders and corporate management • Contribute to process improvement by reviewing workflows, processes across interfacing departments, and standard project documentation • Promote a communication plan among project team members and external partners • Analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and propose effective project management solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, and CPM • Experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical industry • Previous experience managing new product development and post-registration projects • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (PDCA, etc.) is a plus • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus • Advanced or fluent English is a plus
