📋 Description

• Source IB and affiliate partners through LinkedIn, Telegram, industry communities, conferences, financial bloggers, local consultants, and training centers across the CIS and among international English-speaking partners • Negotiate partnership terms through to signed agreements • Support each partner through to their first result, when their clients start trading • Grow existing partners by increasing their volume • Maintain CRM and reporting to support decision-making • Provide market feedback on competitor terms and help shape the new partnership product and processes • Build the IB and affiliate partnerships function across CIS and international markets

🎯 Requirements

• Worked with IB partners or within a broker's partnerships function • Built a client base as an introducing broker or run an agent network • Developed a partnership program in financial markets • Fluent in English and Russian language is a must • Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines • Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks • Exceptional planning and project management skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • CV must be submitted in English • Portfolio and showreel must be submitted with the application
