📋 Description
• Process Accounts Payable invoices daily with the correct GL code • Maintain up-to-date vendor records and organize digital records • Process online bills for monthly payment • Assist with the month-end closing process by ensuring invoices are posted before cutoff • Reconcile monthly vendor account statements • Assist with accounting-related activities, including year-end audits • Process daily Shipping Manifests to generate Invoice by Date and Sunroom reports • Post dealer invoices into Xero Retail and Xero Manufacturing • Generate monthly account statements for dealers • Manage dealer collections and communication activities • Assist with month-end transactions and reporting • Maintain organized digital records • Support administrative and communication tasks within the Accounts Receivable function
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with accounting and general ledger entries is a must • Ability to speak fluent English • Ability to read and write in English • Strong attention to detail • Computer proficiency • Ability to multitask
