Description

β€’ Utilize BigFix for efficient system management across diverse systems β€’ Implement and maintain systems across Windows Server and Linux environments β€’ Manage VMware, Azure, AWS, and on-premise servers effectively β€’ Develop and maintain scripts in Python and/or PowerShell for automation tasks β€’ Collaborate with teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery β€’ Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to address system issues outside regular hours β€’ Engage with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems β€’ Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements β€’ Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system faults and inefficiencies β€’ Prioritize and complete assigned duties expeditiously and within approved windows β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time β€’ Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also taking the initiative to lead when needed β€’ Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and accurately (both verbally and in writing) while maintaining a professional demeanor in alignment with the No Jerks Allowed philosophy β€’ Other duties assigned

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) β€’ Extensive experience with BigFix and associated components (Relevance, Patch, Inventory, SWD) β€’ Certification in BigFix is highly desirable β€’ Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments β€’ Experience with VMware, Azure, AWS, and on-premise server management β€’ Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell β€’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools β€’ Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams β€’ Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
