📋 Description

• Support the clinical compliance team by maintaining accurate caregiver supervision records within HHA Exchange (HHAX) • Ensure that completed nursing supervisory visits are properly documented • Keep caregiver compliance profiles up to date • Upload required supervision forms to personnel files in a timely manner • Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness • Maintain organized electronic records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • Communicate with clinical staff when documentation is incomplete or requires clarification • Assist with audits and other compliance-related administrative tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in healthcare administration, home health, compliance, or medical records preferred • Experience using HHA Exchange (HHAX) is highly preferred • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook • Ability to review documentation accurately and maintain confidential records • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards is a plus
