📋 Description

• Source, recruit, and pipeline qualified RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Nurse Practitioners for U.S.-based healthcare organizations • Use job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach to source candidates • Conduct phone and video screenings covering clinical background, licensure, work authorization, availability, and cultural fit • Present candidate profiles to hiring managers and clients • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process • Support credentialing and compliance processes, including license verification, background checks, and employment documentation • Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and track recruiting metrics • Build long-term talent pipelines for recurring nursing and advanced practice needs • Monitor U.S. healthcare hiring trends, state licensure requirements, and market compensation • Deliver a professional, ethical, and compliant recruiting experience aligned with healthcare regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals, specifically nurses and/or advanced practice providers • Demonstrated success placing RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Nurse Practitioners • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare staffing models and credentialing requirements • Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outbound outreach • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruiting databases • Ability to work U.S. business hours, specifically 9 AM to 6 PM EST • Reliable computer • Noise-canceling headset • Second monitor • Stable internet connection • Backup internet connection
