• End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment • Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking: Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines • ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS • Market Insights & Talent Intelligence: Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends • Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes • Operational & Administrative Support: Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation
• 7+ years in recruitment (agency experience required) • Strong experience hiring for digital, marketing, or creative roles • Experience with remote and international hiring • Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • High attention to detail and structured way of working • Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
