📋 Description
• Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment • Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process • Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines • Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS • Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes • Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in recruitment • Experience with remote and international hiring • Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • High attention to detail and structured way of working • Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
