📋 Description

• Lead the establishment of our brand-new local project, maintaining professional relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders, and investors • Work directly under the CCO in Bulgaria, ensuring strategic alignment and guidance • Prepare and deliver presentations of architectural solutions to the company’s clients, architects, designers, builders, and investors • Prepare offers, participate in negotiations, and conclude contracts with clients • Prepare and propose project offers and framework agreements • Achieve sales targets through winning projects in the country • Identify new projects and potential clients • Analyze regional sales and provide proposals for improving commercial performance • Manage the sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within the construction industry • Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong negotiation skills • Valid category B driver’s license – active driver
