• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share • Drive multi-technology demand creation NBO’s promoting the entire portfolio • Align with Global teams to convert NBO’s into revenue • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions • Provide insight on new products needed by key customer segment • Collaborate with internal teams and counterparts globally to ensure share capture and seamless delivery of products and services globally • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities • Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience • Proven experience in key account management within the Aerospace, Defense, Space (ADS) industry for North America • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel as needed
