• Manage strategic OEM accounts, customer relationships, account health, revenue growth, and commercial performance • Engage OEM R&D, Design Engineering, and Procurement teams to specify and position Littelfuse components • Lead the sales lifecycle from design-in and prototyping through production release and Design Wins • Collaborate with North American Key Account Management on cross-border accounts and global design-in opportunities • Grow authorized regional Distribution Channels through joint Point-of-Sale strategies and inventory monitoring • Direct, evaluate, and support regional Sales Representative agencies • Manage Design Registrations, custom projects, and New Business Opportunities while maintaining conflict-management policies • Conduct technical product training, market updates, and commercial enablement sessions • Maintain and forecast the sales pipeline in LFBC CRM • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations, Credit, Collections/Payments, Logistics, and Customer Support • Negotiate commercial contracts, conduct annual price reviews, and leverage Special Pricing Agreements • Deliver demand forecasts to Supply Chain and Operations • Resolve operational issues, ensure timely deliveries, manage commercial risk, and maintain account satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent commercial experience in a technical industry • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Channel Management • Experience in industrial, electronic, or electrical components sectors • Understanding of electronic components, circuit protection, power control, industrial automation, and HVAC/OEM applications • Knowledge of key competitors in target markets • Experience managing high-spec OEM accounts, long-cycle projects, complex sales cycles, Design Wins, and NBOs • Experience coordinating cross-region or international account strategies across North America and LATAM • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills • Experience with industrial distribution networks and independent Sales Representatives • Negotiation experience involving contracts, pricing strategies, and SPAs • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or internal CRM systems • Business fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal • Willingness to travel regionally up to 30–50% • Strong technical, commercial, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and convert strategic growth opportunities • Ability to work across functions, regions, and sales channels in a global environment
