📋 Description

• Manage and grow OEM accounts in SE Asia. • Develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate pipeline in CRM. • Execute GTM strategy balancing direct engagement and channel support. • Build strong relationships with engineering and sourcing teams; deliver technical presentations with FAEs. • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations for timely support and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of OEM sales experience in industrial markets. • Proven ability to manage mid-tier OEM accounts and drive growth in emerging markets. • Strong understanding of Datacenters, BESS, EV Charging, and Industrial Automation applications. • Ability to travel in region (up to 50%).
