• Lead the Hunter Sales team, ensuring the strategic management of targets and KPIs; • Analyze results, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to drive sales and maximize performance; • Conduct monthly results meetings with an analytical mindset and a focus on continuous improvement; • Carry out management routines, provide feedback and coaching, and monitor the team on an individual basis; • Work in partnership with Training and Development to strengthen commercial and technical competencies; • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, results-oriented environment; • Ensure discipline in the execution of commercial strategies and promote innovation in sales processes; • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Experience leading sales teams, preferably in a Hunter model • Strong experience working with sales targets and KPIs • Good communication skills and ability to develop people • Knowledge of sales techniques • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (rotating schedule)
