📋 Description

• Responsible for consolidating, analyzing and providing the company’s management information, ensuring data quality, standardization and clarity to support managers and leaders in performance monitoring and decision-making. • Support the creation of dashboards for visualization and tracking of KPIs according to business needs. • Consolidate data from different areas to calculate indicators and build management reports. • Monitor the organization’s operational, financial and strategic KPIs, ensuring the quality, consistency, integrity and governance of reported information. • Support the cascading and recording of employees’ individual goals. • Assist business areas in interpreting indicators and results. • Automate processes for data collection and consolidation. • Ensure alignment between reported figures and official data sources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Knowledge of databases and information consolidation processes • Advanced Excel (handling large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.) • Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development and optimization) • SQL (queries, data extraction and processing) • Experience building dashboards with Power BI
