📋 Description

• Build and evangelise product analytics foundations • Deliver actionable insights for GTM, Finance, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams on how the product is bought and used across PLG and SLG channels • Connect the user journey across the Emulator, CLI, VS Code extension, console, docs site and website • Provide a 360-degree customer view of behavior across human users, CI, AI agents and composites such as human plus AI • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations that drive measurable actions and product success • Understand current data flows and work with technical teams to develop enrichment for the product analytics vision • Develop insights demonstrating customer value proposition and ROI in collaboration with customers and customer-facing teams • Shape product analytics strategy, data tooling and AI-assisted ways of working at LocalStack

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a data analytics role with a strong focus on product analytics • Experience modelling a unified system, showcasing architecture level thinking • Strong experience with complex SQL • Ideally programming languages such as Python • Experience with web and product analytics tools such as Posthog, GA4, Segment, RudderStack, Heap, Amplitude, Contentsquare, or equivalent • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to quickly prototype and iterate across analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, visualization and code development • Include a short motivation outlining why you are the perfect candidate for this role • Must answer application questions about owning a product analytics project end-to-end and analyzing user behavior across multiple products or data sources • Must provide name, email, resume, location, and answer whether visa sponsorship will be required
