• Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria • Follow up promptly on marketing campaign responses and nurture interested prospects • Contact and qualify leads generated through trade shows, conferences, and industry events • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the sales team • Maintain accurate prospect, lead, and activity records in the CRM system • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts • Travel occasionally to trade shows, conferences, customer events, and company meetings
• 2–4 years of experience in software/hardware company, business development, sales development, inside sales, or a related sales role • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using AI-powered BDR, sales engagement, and prospecting platforms is highly desirable • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Driver’s license for travel • Candidates must be based in Wisconsin, Florida, Connecticut, California, Texas or Illinois
