• Excelente comunicação oral e escrita • Curiosidade e vontade de aprender sobre o cliente e o negócio • Resiliência para lidar com objeções e rotina intensa de prospecção • Organização e disciplina para gerir pipeline e priorizar tarefas • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (ex: Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) • Mentalidade orientada a metas e resultados • Experiência prévia em vendas outbound (desejável, mas não obrigatória) • Experiência com prospecção B2B e startups de alto crescimento é um diferencial • Conhecimento do mercado imobiliário é um diferencial
