📋 Description

• Provide administrative support for human resources functions • Contributes to an organized and efficient work environment • Provide support to the Human Resources function of the business • Pre-onboarding support • Posting jobs on aggregating sites • Onboarding administration • Status change forms • Employee file maintenance • Enforcing company policies and practices • Respond to employee inquiries • Shared inbox management • Ordering technology resources as required • Employment verifications • Assist in the performance management administration process • General administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience working in an administrative function • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience working in a technology driven environment • US citizenship or permanent residency and is legally authorized to work in the United States • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to operate under minimal supervision • Demonstrates ability to complete a project and meet deadlines • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills • Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Demonstrates initiative and flexibility to manage multiple tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Team player/Collaborative
