📋 Description

• Coordinate and follow up with subcontractors regarding schedules, appointments, and project updates • Manage calendars, schedules, and daily administrative workflows • Monitor and organize incoming emails while ensuring timely responses • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders through phone calls, emails, and text messages • Keep projects organized and progressing through JobTread software • Take notes during meetings and track action items • Help ensure construction projects remain on schedule and properly documented • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed • Maintain professional and friendly communication while ensuring accountability from subcontractors and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken • Previous experience supporting construction projects or construction operations • Experience handling subcontractor coordination and follow-up • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable making calls and following up consistently with vendors and subcontractors • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems • Experience managing schedules, emails, and administrative processes • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Experience as a Construction Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, Construction Coordinator, or similar role • Familiarity with construction workflows, timelines, and vendor coordination • Experience using project management or construction management software • Ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments • Personable, straightforward, and honest communication style • Experience with JobTread is considered a strong plus
