• Responsible for corporate communication with Lojas Renner S.A.'s supplier network (national and international); • Governance, organization and execution of the events calendar with suppliers (online and in-person); • Liaison with communication and event agencies, including preparing briefings and monitoring activities and deliverables; • Manage the supplier relationship survey for the national supplier network, producing engagement indicators and recommendations for business improvements; • Manage content for Universidade Renner aimed at suppliers, including curation, dissemination and engagement initiatives; • Responsible for developing and implementing the communication plan and monitoring the Renner Excellence Program (PER); • Responsible for governance and management of the area's routines and documents, such as manuals, standards and policies.
• Bachelor's degree completed: degree in Social Communication (Journalism, Advertising or Public Relations), Marketing, or Business Administration; • Proficiency with tools: Microsoft Office and Canva; • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; • Experience in corporate communication, both internal and external; • Experience in supplier communication is a plus; • Experience organizing events; • Advanced English; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
