📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and leadership positions. • Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments, including test administration. • Define and implement attraction strategies, including active sourcing and market mapping. • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to organize and monitor recruitment processes. • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring alignment across all stages of the process. • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the position’s needs, challenges, and requirements. • Keep hiring managers updated on the progress of recruitment processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including coordinators, managers, and directors. • Prepare assessment reports and professional opinions to support hiring managers’ decision-making. • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. • Prepare offers for successful candidates and forward information for the onboarding process. • Close requisitions, ensuring that candidates receive feedback. • Perform other related duties as directed by management.

🎯 Requirements

• A personal laptop is required to perform the job duties. • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management required. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. • At least 3 years of experience in previous roles is preferred. • Alignment with the following values: Transparency, Organization, Respect, Resilience, and Agility.
