📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales, technology, and operations roles from intake meeting through signed offer • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, write job descriptions, and establish interview processes and hiring criteria • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels • Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess skills, motivation, and values alignment • Guide candidates through interviews, gather feedback, and lead hiring debriefs • Extend offers, support negotiations, and close candidates • Deliver prompt and professional communication throughout the candidate experience • Maintain accurate ATS records and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics • Create employer-brand content for LinkedIn, the careers page, and other channels • Maintain accurate and engaging job postings, careers pages, and employer review profiles • Build talent pipelines through university partnerships, virtual career fairs, and networking events • Plan and run virtual and in-person team events, celebrations, and team-building activities • Support recognition programs, employee milestones, engagement surveys, pulse checks, and follow-up initiatives • Draft internal announcements, newsletters, and updates • Support onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, equipment, system access, and first-week schedules • Maintain employee records in the HRIS and prepare offer letters, contracts, and employment verifications • Document and improve recruiting and People processes, templates, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related field • Strong internship experience in recruiting will also be considered • Comfortable owning a process from start to finish and accountable for results • Proactive, results-driven approach • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confidence building relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, pipelines, and projects while maintaining attention to detail • Interest and creativity in employer branding and company culture • Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information professionally • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred • Familiarity with an HRIS, Canva, or Google Workspace is a plus • Degree in HR, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
