📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes • Advertise openings, source candidates through hunting, screen applicants, and conduct candidate outreach • Conduct interviews and assessments according to the profile defined for each opportunity • Manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining organization and quality in delivery • Work with positions at various levels, particularly administrative, technical, and more complex professional roles • Monitor the candidate pipeline and keep processes up to date • Work with SLAs, schedules, calendars, and agreed delivery deadlines • Follow up on processes and provide candidates with appropriate feedback • Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and candidates • Ensure the quality of candidate profiles submitted to clients • Remain results-oriented while adhering to established standards and processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • 3 to 5 years of professional experience • Experience managing a high volume of job openings and candidates • Experience recruiting for operational, administrative, technical, and/or more complex positions • Knowledge of screening, sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and profile assessment techniques • Familiarity with SLAs, performance indicators, schedules, and pipeline management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously • Customer-service mindset and understanding of the client and candidate experience • Autonomous, accountable, and results-oriented profile • Comfortable using systems, ATSs, recruitment platforms, and digital tools • Basic personal setup for working from home • Established legal entity for service provision
