📋 Description

• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub. • Conduct rigorous initial interviews to filter for technical Web3 literacy and cultural fit. • Move candidates through the interview funnel with speed. • Act as the bridge between the company and the candidate during offer negotiation. • Stay updated on salary benchmarks and talent trends within the LATAM tech/creative scenes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a fast-paced recruitment role (Agency or In-house). • Experience in Tech, Marketing, or Web3 recruitment is a massive plus. • The "Hunter" Instinct: You enjoy the chase. You know how to craft a cold message that actually gets a response from high-level talent. • Web3 Fluency: You understand the basics of the blockchain ecosystem. • Bilingual : You must have perfect professional English plus native Spanish or Portuguese. • High Autonomy: You must be organized, results-driven, and capable of hitting hiring targets without hand-holding.
